YES IT HAPPENED. I am wearing pants! Let me explain what happened... I was out shopping with one of my best friends the other day, and she was on a mission to buy new clothes to wear to her work. She works in an office setting, something I am completely unfamiliar with as I've never worked in a traditional office job, so I had a lot of fun going to different stores with her and looking around at "work casual" business clothes, and thought, "I want to try this too!" So here's what I ended up with. What do you think?
I was super self conscious about wearing this outfit, as its completely different for me and totally not my normal style. However, I got SO many compliments on it the day I wore it that it completely (well almost) changed my view on pants! Funny enough, I was on my way to work with this outfit on, only I wore I forever 21 skirt instead of these pants and I just felt like something was off. So I decided to stop into Target to see if they had anything, and they literally had NOTHING cute in terms of pants in the women's section! So I did what I always do when I can't find anything there, and popped into the kid's section for a second and saw these cute grey slacks! I literally could not believe that Target Kids would have something this chic and I picked them up immediately in a size XL which fits me perfectly.
Will I ever try out a style like this again? Probably actually! I really felt confident by the end of th day and after taking these pictures I really liked the way that I looked in this outfit, so I think I will definitely try to rock something like this again sometime!
